UMASS Medical School
This construction represents 3,500 tons of steel and over 350,000 square feet of living space. The nine-storey pavilion includes space for 77 principal investigators, an animal medicine area and an FDA (Food & Drug Administration) compliant manufacturing facility for clinical therapeutic trials.
This building plays a key role in the future of this world-renowned institution. By co-locating strategic research programs and harnessing the power of collaboration, the University is able to realize its vision of changing the lives of people affected by the most intractable diseases.
