The project spans seven floors and 270,000 square feet of new construction, including a new surgical suite expansion, new critical care beds, a cardiothoracic ICU and new parking deck. The surgical suite consists of 18 operating rooms (including 3 hybrid ORs) arranged around clean cores with additional support spaces around the perimeter.
