Logan International Airport
The Logan International Airport project involved expanding and renovating Terminal B at Boston’s international airport, resulting in 83,000 square feet of renovated space and a 53,000 square foot expansion for travelers to enjoy. The project, weighing in at 1,750 tons, was completed following the merger between American Airlines and US Airways, which had previously operated out of different terminals. The new spaces include ticket counters and waiting areas for travelers, as well as a state-of-the-art security screening area. Beauce Atlas really dug in to the build challenges the project presented, such as columns that look like tree trunks and branches, a wave-shaped roof, and 72-foot beams that were delivered to site all in one piece.
