This project located in the Seaport District in Boston will consist of 2900 tons of steel manufactured at Beauce-Atlas facilities and 450 tons of composite truss.  In this building of 18 stories and 400,000 square feet, we will find 100,000sf available for retail and 300,000sf of office space. This large-scale project has been approved with a budget of 240 million for its construction
