Beauce Atlas was engaged by Suffolk Construction to provide over 2000 tons of structural steel for the redevelopment of two parcels adjacent to Brookline village. The project consists in a construction of an 8-story 180,000 SF medical office building at Two Brookline Place, a 50,000 SF addition and partial renovation of the existing One Brookline Place Building, and replacement of the parking garage.
