Financial Analyst

Within the administration team, the financial analyst is responsible in particular for the production of the financial statements of the Beauce Atlas subsidiaries, their analysis and their annual verification with the external auditors. He provides financial analysis and reports to support the finance department team. He will keep financial processes in place and proactively propose improvements

Specific functions

  • Determine production efficiencies and monitor indicators
  • Participate in analyzes of special projects arising from strategic planning
  • Ensure the updating of revenue indicators
  • Produce monthly financial statements.
  • Take charge of the financial year-end process with the external auditors.
  • Question the current model to promote its development and continuous improvement.
  • Manage customs operations 
  • Be the first line support (superuser) for the office employee time and attendance management system.
  • Perform GST/QST rebates for our Canadian companies.

Qualifications required

  • Bachelor in Accounting
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Functional English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
